Bill:	In some ways, yes. Citizens might gain access to more information, but the State can also monitor citizens more closely.
Gus:	Yeah, I think it's a double-edged sword. Digital networking does make it easier for birds of a feather to flock together, but it also makes it easier for governments and business to eliminate privacy.
