Tim:	(wryly) Neither does Big Brother.
Melissa:	I like to think of television as a harmless tranquilizer that keeps many people out of trouble.
Tim:	(nodding) It's a superb propaganda tool. And as people migrate from traditional TV towards the Internet, no doubt governments will try to control that too.
