Aiko: Do you trust feely-touchy crap like this?
Cindy: Why not? The world is too full of mistrust already.
Don: I've actually discovered something interesting about trust: you might start out only half-sincere, but if the other person communicates trust deeply, more often than not you'll transform. I am tempted to call trust "infectious".
Aiko: C'mon – a wolf cannot transform into a sheep!
Don: There are no wolves and no sheep – just human beings doing their best to survive in a world that's bigger than their capacity to comprehend.

Touch - an art work by T Newfields

Touch is an exploration . . .
a journey along the surface of our skin
discovering the fo
reignness of others
who are all
so kin

More than words or glances
touch has redemptive possibilities –
it soothes mangled tissues
and rubs away insularity

Touching is a firm of birthing –
fingers are gates to the soul

Those who know this
and share freely
create a harmony of sinews
through taction
celebrating
each person t
hey hold
