Noel: I hate dah way dis dude writes bout 'richness'. Many folks on dis planet argh starvin'.
Noel: No doubt. I don't think he says ignore suffering. However, when joy comes, appreciate it kus dah moments ah joy in life argh all too brief. . .

Rich
in the silence of a forest
or crash of a surf
in the crackling of a fire
or wild cat's purr
find new inspiration

rich are those
who touch
the core of ancient cedars
or hairs of bamboos in spring

fortunate are those
who watch
the dance of glowing charcoals
or whiteness of lofty peaks

this world was created
with so much wealth -
let's share it wisely
& protect its health
