| Jules: | Too bad this poem doesn't disappear like the previous one. | |
| Andrei: | In time it will. | |
| Ellesha: | The only thing that needs to disappear is our ego: that's what both the poem & art suggest. | |
| Jules: | [Gerp]. | |
| Andrei: | Isn't every belief? | |
| Philyra: | Don't you see, Ellesha? We don't need external dictates. Educated people are fully capable of intelligent choices on their own. | |
| Ellesha: | Are they? It seems like lots of foolish choices are made by so-called savants. |

I
All my life I've lived by the sea
& watched waves emerge
then return to the deep
& often it seems
azure waters
form our dreams
those same currents
can guide us:
follow their streams
II
diatoms & plankton seem
indifferent to immensities
yet
we're different
& were born to fathom
currents moving through centuries
de-diatom your mind
& stretch
into the sea . . .
do this not only for personal joy
but for Gaia collectively
