LAST PEACE: Some Questions about Nuclear Conflict

	Armageddon is
	a peace beyond all understanding 
	& madness ahh pure technology

	It’s a final solution offering no solution 
	& as nuclear weapons spread
	& the world's population soars 
	& crass injustices continue 
	how tempting 
	& seductive it seems

	Nuclear bombs provide a real hard on!
	Nerve gas is better than LSD!

	How can we unravel this perversity?
	Is there any future
	for ordinary human beings?

Kris: Hey – all of the problems of this planet are not Uncle Sam's fault.

Ted:  Yeah, the guy is curiously myopic about America.
      Wherever human DNA is present, problems are bound to appear.

Tim:  Are they? How do you know that?

Ted:  . . . Ugh. Gee. . . That's what it says on TV. . .
